Projects
MyFridge
Together with two university classmates I developed MyFridge as part of a university course – a progressive web app for smart food management. Product data is automatically fetched via an API by scanning barcodes with the smartphone camera and stored in the fridge. The app offers extensive analyses: from nutritional breakdowns and diet indicators to an individual health score that evaluates the fridge's nutritional status at a glance. Complemented by an integrated shopping list.
Arte Manager
A desktop application for the efficient management of documentaries and series from the ARTE platform. The app provides integrated statistics, notes, personalized watchlists, and a clear organization by series. It was born out of the need to manage ARTE documentaries more structured, as the platform's own media library often felt cluttered.
BookLib
A specialized solution for managing PDF documents and study books. Built to tame the chaos in the downloads folder, BookLib features an integrated PDF viewer, a structured file organization in folders, and serves as a central knowledge hub for university. It was also my first experience with Electron, Vue.js, and AI-assisted development.
Leo Tools
A web application for the digital management and lending of media technology equipment. The project was created within the subject of project development and realized in a small Scrum team. My focus areas were backend development with NestJS, integration of the LDAP interface, and data management with Prisma.
YouTube Trend Analyser
An analysis tool for daily YouTube trends via the Google API. It provides deep insights into metadata, such as the use of emojis in titles or the performance of top creators over specific time periods.
AoC Tool
An automation tool for "Advent of Code" that creates the required folder structure and default files at the push of a button, enabling an instant start into the daily coding challenges via CMD.
Constants Memorizer
An interactive platform for memorizing mathematical constants such as Pi or Euler's number. Designed to reinforce knowledge through targeted quizzes in a playful way and improve learning outcomes.
VocabTrainer (EN-DE)
A personal learning tool for improving English vocabulary during the holidays. The app uses a flashcard system to quiz vocabulary and generates detailed statistics based on the learning results.
Homepage-Konfigurator
A diploma thesis project for optimizing the sales process and planning websites for law firms. The tool enables dynamic page structure design during client consultations and replaces complex Excel sheets with an efficient export for development.
Name It! Game
A fun category game for a game night with friends. Players must find matching answers to the displayed categories under time pressure. An entertaining project to sharpen my JavaScript skills.
Wordle Word Filter
A handy web tool for filtering possible words in the game "Wordle". This weekend project helped me sharpen my algorithm skills while creating something practically useful.
Get A Pet
"Tinder for Animals" – a JavaFX desktop application for pet adoption. Created within the project development subject, this team project offered first in-depth experience with JavaFX, JDBC, and working with PostgreSQL databases.
Samora
An atmospheric 3D adventure and puzzle game developed in Unity. My responsibilities included 3D modeling, project coordination, and code reviews within the development team.
Spotify Playlist Analyzer
A web application for the detailed analysis of Spotify playlists. Using the official API, it allows evaluating genres, artists, and release periods, among other things. My first project with Python and Flask.
Space Invaders Remake
One of my first projects in Java. This modern take on the gaming classic "Space Invaders" was built with JavaFX and served to deepen fundamental programming concepts.
